Common walkthrough questions
Do we need to prepare any clinic data or technical documentation before a walkthrough?
No. Every evaluation walkthrough uses OvaFlow's fictional demonstration personas (Elena Rivera, Maya Chen, Jordan Patel, and Avery and Sam) and modeled EMR screens. You only need to share which fertility EMR your clinic uses and which handoffs or bottlenecks your team wants to examine.
Can we inspect workflows modeled around nAbleIVF, eIVF or Artisan during the session?
Yes. We can walk through modeled workflow reconstructions showing how OvaFlow's companion rail and workspace are designed to sit beside nAbleIVF, eIVF or Artisan—including wrong-chart stops, save checks and interrupted-observation recovery.
What happens if our clinic wants to explore a pilot after the initial walkthrough?
If your team wants to evaluate a pilot path, we map the specific operations your clinic would test first, complete a formal security and privacy review and signed agreements with your legal and IT teams, and test each operation in your clinic's own setup before anything is enabled.
